Thick & Thin was built around a simple idea — great pizza starts with great dough. We partnered with artisan baker Patricio to build a naturally fermented sourdough program, baked fresh daily.
Two styles, one standard: crisp Romano-inspired thins and bold, caramelized Detroit pans — built around the essentials, done right.
